  Complete machining by turning, drilling and milling (with driven tools), of machineable metals & plastics. Emco machine items from castings, billets and stamping.
• 9 x Bumotec
  Complete machining by turning, drilling, broaching and milling (with driven tools), of machineable metals and plastics. Bumotecs have bar fed capability.
• 3 Escomatic and 3 Deco Machines
  For connector contact manufacture.

Plating Shop

• ZINC COBALT / NICKEL UNDERCOAT
  Finished with: Yellow Passivate; Black Passivate; Olive Drab Passivate.
  Base Material: Aluminium; Brass; Mild Steel.
• CADMIUM / NICKEL UNDERCOAT
  Finished with: Olive Drab Passivate; Yellow Passivate.
  Base Material: Aluminium; Brass; Mild Steel.
• GOLD PLATE / NICKEL UNDERCOAT
  Base Material: Brass; Pure Copper; Phosphorus Bronze; Mild Steel.
• SILVER PLATE / NICKEL UNDERCOAT
  Base Material: Brass; Pure Copper; Phosphorus Bronze; Mild Steel.
